Apply report template on a dashboard

Have this option available for reports and widgets used in account-level dashboards. Use case: A Customer would like to share a link to their report showing "All Time" data. With a rolling end date, their clients would always be able to see data from the beginning of their campaign until the day they open their links.

e.g. Impressions from FB, FB Ads, GA, Google Ads, etc. all in one pie chart. e.g. Google Ads cost vs Cost target from custom metrics

Ability for changes made to a report and dashboard to apply to a link even if it was sent/created before the changes. i.e. if you add a new widget to the dashboard, this would also reflect on the shareable links

Allow staff/admins to control the date range clients see when they log in. Ability to lock a client's view to a specific range e.g. "last 30 days".

The ability to sort the values on Horizontal bars
