Request for the ability to pull "Tags" data from CTM. Use case- to create a custom metric that shows all calls and forms with a specific tag. "In AA, I can only view calls, or forms, but separately - not together." User cannot currently use custom metrics as a workaround because the goals data is only available in table widget form, and not supported in custom metrics.

Would like to see the actual form submission content, the message the lead submitted, just like you can listen to the audio recording of a call.

Request to change the tag dropdown to check boxes instead of single choice.

Ability to filter Call Tracking Widgets by Phone Number

Filter data by Source (ex. Google Organic) on widgets and Integration dashboard

User is looking to select more than one option (Inbound and Outbound) for Directions when editing Calls widget. A multi-select drop down menu would work.
