Scheduled Reports - Add specific date ranges when scheduling

When scheduling a report, the option to set a custom date range is not available. The custom dates should roll, meaning that if a weekly report is scheduled to be sent out on a Monday with data from the previous Monday to Friday, these dates should update every time a new report is generated.
