Reports - Match subject line to the report name if the name is updated on scheduled reports

Ability to automatically update the report name if the user changes the report name. At the time of creating the report, it sets the subject as the report name. Changing the report name does not change the subject on the scheduled report. The subject can only be saved via the schedule tab.
