Remove character limit on textbox widgets

- increase the limit beyond 5000, at least 10,000.
- Customer would benefit from proposals allowing a character limit higher than 5000 as their proposals are generally longer and they have to break them up into several proposals.

Great news – we removed the character limit on textbox widgets 🎉
You no longer need to split up longer blocks of text across multiple widgets. This update gives you more flexibility and makes it easier to create clear, detailed reports without interruptions.
