Customer wants to pause a subscription for longer than the current limit of about 3 months, and to choose when the pause starts and when the account reactivates. Use case: agencies with seasonal or irregular client work want to keep the account without paying for it while inactive, instead of cancelling and reactivating.

Our Billing system is set up in a way that every time you add a campaign or add-on service, it generates a pro-rated charge and an invoice is being sent to you.

Currently, paused accounts get charged when moving from Paused to Cancelled. They always have to reach out to us to get a refund for the charge.

In addition to USD, we will offer the following currency options: CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP & EUR.

Customer wants the billing section to distinguish an invoice's due date from its payment date (for example 'Due [date]' vs 'Paid on [date]'). Use case: today only one date is shown, so customers are confused by payment reminder emails when an automatic payment fails or is retried later.

Request for an option for discount for non-profit organizations.
