We've
deprecated the Impression Share metric for Microsoft Ads
, and it's no longer available for selection.
Here's why:
Microsoft's API doesn't give us the data we need to calculate this metric accurately, so we removed it rather than show numbers you can't trust.
What this means for you:
Impression Share can no longer be added to new reports, dashboards, or widgets. If you already have it in an existing one, you'll see a deprecation notice where the metric used to appear. Go ahead and remove it to keep your reports clean and accurate.
Lost Impression Share (Budget)
and
Lost Impression Share (Rank)
are not affected. Those metrics come directly from Microsoft and are still available.
