We’ve updated how markup is applied to Google Ads metrics.
Previously, markup settings were applied to all currency-based metrics, including conversion value. Since conversion value represents revenue earned from customers, not advertising cost, markup should not be applied to it.
What’s changed:
  • Markup is no longer applied to Google Ads conversion value metrics.
  • This ensures revenue metrics accurately reflect the actual value reported in Google Ads.
Impacted metrics:
  • Conversion Value
  • All Conversion Value
This update prevents markup from incorrectly inflating revenue metrics in dashboards, reports, and integration sections.
