when adding integrations its best if the auth login pops up in the active browser sessions, because the saved credentials are not available in-app session

the interface doesnt really have a refresh button.

Will turn itself off randomly - have to go to settings to turn off then back on again

As its a web app it allows you to open a new window as such - however there is no option (right click or button) to go back

Support chat notifications on the app (i.e. a counter) to know there is a message when the app is minimized - there is no way of knowing (unless the sound is on) that a message has come through

Would be great to have a refresh option (ie right click or a button) to refresh the data rather than clicking elsewhere and back etc
