- Apply the same user permission updates to all user accounts in mass.
- Allow the ability to select X users and apply the mass permission updates

List view of all users with the following info:
- User name and email
- Time of creation
- Last login
- # of campaings attached
- List of campaigns
- A check box to the left to mass delete user accounts or change permissions
- Columns should be sortable and "User name", "email" and campaigns should be searchable.
