As it stands currently, there is no ability to cut off access for staff users from adjusting the PPC Markup for campaigns. There is a section to toggle on restrictions for Billing for example, but not for anything within the Settings of the overall account.

This is request to build out permissions restrictions for all Settings, and PPC Markup in particular
