Reporting

for a single campaign 1 for all campaigns i.e, add custom date range applied to all campaigns before downloading + 3

Ability to apply a dashboard template to all campaigns in bulk at once.

Currently only Admins can access the Bulk Operations feature

Use case: A customer wants to create 25 new campaigns and use the same report in all of them. They'd like to have the ability to select 25 individual campaigns when creating their report instead of cloning this report across their campaigns.

Currently each page must be changed individually
