Ability to add color, shading, bolding (etc.) for the section titles in a Report, or Custom Dashboard titles so that certain ones stand out for any given reason.

Scenario: A customer has custom dashboards set up for upsell purposes, so they want those ones to come up in a different color or bolded to differentiate them from the other dashboards.
