As an account administrator, I would find an activity log of important events very helpful. At the account level, I should be able to discover a list of user actions taken across my campaigns. I want to see who took the action, what they did, when, and where.

- Provide activity logs of when changes have been made in the system. An example would be able to track when the local 3 pack option is enabled or disabled within the settings of a campaign.
