Goals - Reference benchmarks during custom goal creation

Ability to get custom goals to reference benchmarks during the set up process.

Goals - Show currency in the 'Goals' section

Request to display currency on goals for both metric and target, when selecting a currency related metric. Currently, the currency symbol only shows when a Goal is added to a report/dahsboards.
