- currently, client users are not able to view roll up dashboards.
- if client has access to X amount of clients, they should be able to view a roll up dashboard that is for (only) those clients.

The ability to build a rollup table that combines data from multiple platforms , within a specific client, that is viewable by a client user.
Right now we can build a rollup reporting at the "Agency" level, which a client user wont have access too.
