Customer wants a goal to show how the current period is tracking against a previous time period, including custom date ranges (e.g. March-April 2026 spend vs. an earlier range).

Goals currently follow only preset recurring periods (monthly, quarterly, annual), so two timeframes can't be compared in one goal.
