Add hotel box to SERP results

Currently, we show tags for all campaigns when adding tags to keywords. When you add tags in the ranking table by clicking the check boxes, there should be a filter for "All" or "Campaign" just like in the keyword wizard.

Count how many ads related to the campaign URL show up in our SERP snapshots. This may not be organic, but it's useful to see if ads in the SERPs can be tracked as long as it's related to the campaign URL. Use case: The customer would like to see the number and position of Ads pointing to their website that show on a SERP snapshot.
