I just experienced this issue. I work with a large franchise business and all their individual locations have a folder / path on the main url (ex: example.com/city1 and example.com/city2 etc). So if I try to audit just one location, it runs the entire domain. We need to have a 'must include' option for the /folder of that location.

This one is really important when working on SEO optimization for specific pages of a really big site. (say one with hundreds or thousands URLs)
