Rank Tracker - Option to disable backfilling logic.

- Currently, we backfill keyword data for historical periods even if the keywords were not being tracked at the time. This request is for an option to disable that behavior and display no data for dates when the keyword wasn’t actively tracked in the Rank Tracker. This would give users a clearer view of when keyword tracking actually started and avoid misinterpretation of historical data.k tracker.
