Klaviyo - Select multiple campaigns in widgets

- Ability to select multiple campaigns in Klaviyo widgets
- Currently, for Klaviyo widgets with the dimension of the campaign - you have to select one campaign before the widget will show any data, and only one campaign can be selected.
- This would allow to select All Campaigns
- Apply this feature to table widgets as well
