CallRail - Pull Total Calls and more metrics from the 'Account Home' page

Currently, we are only able to retrieve data from a maximum of 5 accounts within an CallRail account. Having the ability to report on Total Call Metrics from the account level will help with reporting on Franchises and similar business structures.

David - AgencyAnalytics Team. Yes. I see that we can do that but for franchises that have more than 5 locations (which is nearly all of them), this will not suffice. I see that CallRail, once logged in, offers a roundup of all call data within an account. Can we add this to either the API integration possibilities or something via the normal integrations?

David - AgencyAnalytics Team Thank you. I believe this will help open up AA to franchise friendly options that other Marketing Agencies provide who focus on Franchise specific marketing campaigns. We may be opening up work with a franchise who has 170 locations and having total (overview) data sets is helpful when working with CMO's and those in similar positions within their Corporate team.

We allow up to 5 CallRail accounts to be connected to a single campaign. Once connected, you can easily build a Custom Metric to aggregate calls from those 5 CallRail accounts. When building your Custom Metrics, use the "Page" field at the bottom of your filters to select the CallRail account you want to pull data from (see screenshot).
