• The 'direction' metric we currently have will say if the activity is an inbound call, chat, SMS, form, etc.
  • Currently, this is available via our Table widget.
Looking to:
a) Have this available as a filter for all other 'call' widgets
b) Have this available as a dimension for all other 'call' widgets
  • Live Chat is a newer CTM feature, looking to transfer the ability we have to display this in tables to other widgets.
