Currently our Change metric will use the first data point in the date range as the point of truth to then work out the change. However this then excludes any changes that took place on that 1st date.

This request is to allow a different logic for Google Change that means it will always include the 1st date of the date range - as clients are finding when for example "last month" is selected any big changes that took place on the 1st are excluded.
