Client permissions - Give clients access to toggle metrics and apply filters via the dashboard settings button

Staff users can toggle on/off metrics and apply filters on integration dashboards, while client users can't.
Use case: an agency would like to give their client the possibility to filter their keywords by Location in the Rank Tracker.

Would be nice to allow clients to also adjust the metrics they see when they click in on Google or Facebook ads. Right now I have to set the permission for each, but would be nice if a client can add more if they want to see more.
