User Permissions - Hide Custom Dashboards for user permissions feature

- The ability to hide the main custom dashboard using our user permissions feature. Right now it cannot be removed and is viewable for all clients.

You're showing that this feature is complete. However, only the account admin is currently able to edit these permissions. This feature needs to be unlocked to all Staff users so that we don't have to bottleneck our requests to change client dashboard permissions through one person on the team. Please and thank you ASAP!!!

Love the progress here, internal dashboards is massive! For some campaigns, we'll still have multiple users who we'd love to have different access levels: ex. a social media manager vs. the CEO; the social media manager can see only the sidebar social reports vs. the CEO being able to see the main dashboard.
